Mark from Rubbish Direct has been great to deal with, he was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and then progressing to quoting, contract and implementation of the bin. He and the Rubbish Direct team have also been great regarding any follow up queries we had. I have been, and will be, recommending Rubbish Direct to anyone considering having a large bin emptied regularly.

I had an issue around rubbish removal at our apartments. After some calls, the GM Mark called me directly on a Sunday to resolve the removal issue and also offered to improve their services desk process to avoid this in the future. Brilliant and professional responses and service!
